U.S. markets seem to be following global markets lower as we kick off the last week of June. Investors are worried about the upcoming European Union summit that ruled not to have Greece leaders attend the summit. Markets seem to be worried that neither Greece’s prime minister nor its finance minister will be attending the summit.
Investors will be trading mostly off headlines coming out of the Euro Zone with only one key economic data even on deck today. At 10 am ET investors will get new home sales for the month of May to start off the first day of three consecutive days this week for housing data.
Analysts are looking for annual sales rate of 348,000 units, up from 343,000 in April.
