Breaking News - U.S. New Home Sales Jump
U.S New U.S. single family home sales jumped in May with prices climbing from a year ago due to tightening supply. Possible continuing signs the housing market is gaining a little momentum.
U.S. Commerce Department released data showing sales jumped 7.6% seasonally adjusted 369,000 unit annual rate, the highest since the month of April 2010.
Analysts forecasted sales of 346,000 unit rate last month from April's 343,000-unit pace.
