Breaking News - Pending Home Sales Report.

Pending Home Sales measures the change in the number of homes under contract to be sold but still awaiting the closing transaction, excluding new construction.

Number of contracts signed disappointed with -2.6% decreased in contracts being signed month over month compare to previous month of -2.4%.  Analysts’ were forecasting an improvement of -0.4%.
